If you're reporting a problem converting a file, it helps to tell us:

• Your camera make and model, and the file extension (e.g. Sony a7 IV, .ARW)
• The browser and device you're using
• What happened, and what you expected instead

Please don't email us your actual photos — we can usually help from the details above, and your images should stay on your device.
