Reporting a file that won't convert
Most problems come down to a specific camera model or a new compression mode. These details let us reproduce the issue without needing your photo:
- Camera make and model, and the file extension (for example: Sony a7 IV, .ARW; Canon EOS R6 Mark II, .CR3)
- Any special recording mode you used — lossless/compressed RAW, C-RAW, high-efficiency RAW, pixel-shift or high-res shot
- Your browser and device (for example: Chrome on Windows 11, Safari on iPhone)
- What happened — an error message, a blank preview, wrong colors — and what you expected
Corrections to guides
If something in a guide is wrong or out of date — a camera detail, a social-media size that has changed — send the page address and what should change. We fix confirmed errors and update the date on the page.
